Attorneys from the Miami, FL based law firm, Zarco, Einhorn, and Salkowski (“Zarco”), will be speaking to the Round Table Owners Association (“RTOA”) membership at the RTOA Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, NV on March 19, 2024. The RTOA has retained Zarco to assist in our membership's pursuit of its two rights under the Round Table Franchise Corporation (“RTFC”) franchise agreement - Audit of the RT Advertising Fund and Verification of RTFC Revenue from Suppliers.
Zarco’s presentation will include a further articulation of these two rights and other Round Table Pizza franchisee related pursuits which may arise. Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions and provide commentary.
This is an invaluable opportunity to understand the RTOA rights being pursued, the reason for the retention of Zarco, and what may occur, going forward.
Please attend the RTOA Annual Meeting and, by so doing, become more familiar with the rights which the RTFC Franchise Agreement provides to both the RTOA and to Round Table Pizza franchisees.

This is an Owners Only meeting open to all Round Table Pizza Franchisees. Ballots will be available at the event for Owner Members to vote for board members that have paid their 2024 dues.

This is a great time to network and greet old friends as we gather with Owner Members and Associate Members during the Cocktail Reception hosted by the RTOA from 6:00pm-8:00pm. This event is open to Owner Members and Associate Partners that have paid their 2024 dues.
