The RTOA Annual Meeting

We will be meeting at the Wheel House from 1 to 4. Please note that this portion of the meeting will be for owner members only along with some participation from FAT Brands.
The tentative agenda will be as follows:
1. Jeff Acton, RTOA President, 1-2:30
The RTOA President, Jeff Acton, will conduct an owners only meeting with some important information for RTOA Owners. Information will include an update on the changes made to the 2022 RTP Franchise Agreement and 2022 RTP Franchise Disclosure Document; and how those changes impact the Round Table Advertising Fund.
2. Marketing & Technology Update, 2:30 - 4:00
Meet the new Vice President of Marketing, Kent Russell and RTP’s new media agency Happy COG! Happy COG will share with us their approach to media planning, new media opportunities, and give us the straight scoop on OTT, CTV and Programmatic. Digital TV demystified! Also, Sparkfly will Zoom in to provide a technology launch update to improve RTP’s online conversions, upgrade online user experience and elevate our loyalty program. It’s a can’t miss session.
3. Election Result - 4:00
We will review the results of the election and welcome the new RTOA Board
Evening Cocktail Reception
(Owners, Associate Partners, and FAT Brands)
Tuesday March 28th, Wheel House, 6-8pm
We will have some great time to network and greet old friends as we gather with Owner Members, Associate Members, and FAT Brands representatives during our cocktail reception from 6-8. It is a great way to connect with friends. Enjoy!
